Welcome to my on-line Gallery. Over the last 50 years of living and working in Northern Alaska, I have enjoyed many opportunities to film the wildlife, landscapes, and other natural phenomena of the Arctic. With this gallery, I hope to share these images with a wider audience. All photos are for sale.

Please feel free to leave comments with your favorite pictures as you browse through the galleries. I especially welcome comments relating to the technical aspects of the pictures, as I am always trying to improve my photographic skills.

This is a new endeavor for me and as such is a work in progress. Photos and galleries will be added as time permits and new photos are acquired. If you would like to see a particular Arctic species or subject, please let me know. I probably have a photo or two, and would be happy to put them up on the site if I do.

* Note on photo orders; the copy write logo that appears in the photo galleries will not be on the purchased print. It might still show as you go through checkout (shopping cart) but it is removed before printing.

Jim,
What beautiful photographs! When I was up in Fairbanks in Feburary of this last year, we only saw a small sliver of the Northern lights and wanted more but they just never showed themselves like this. What an amazing thing it must be to see them in person! Thank you for your talent and sharing it with us!

Jim, I have missed your entries on wunderground - have you given that away? What has your summer been like?

I love Aurora Borealis even though I have not seen one personally. I search the internet looking for them often. They bring tears to my eyes to see the beauty of God's work.

I have been lucky enough to get to sign the guest book at your home and am more than happy to sign this one as well. I look forward to the road opening up so I can come see you again this year.
